First off, I’m not a pro Binay. And i’m not really Anti-Binay, I GUESS 😀
And still, I’m not a pro PNOY, nor an anti.
I do admit, that I’m amazed with what the City of Makati turned into during his years of being the City Mayor. Actually I see Makati as our New York. What i really mean is, if US has New York, then we have Makati. (kunwari lang, since sobrang malayo talaga)And we should not forget that our OFWs brothers and sisters were also one of his top priority. Through the efforts of his office, many of our OFWs were saved.
And since, I made a reaction for PNOY’s SONA, I think it will only be fair If I make one for the VP also.
Again, this is purely my opinion and I have no intention of hurting anybody.
Soooooooooooooooooooo,here we go.
“Binay turned out as the most approved and most trusted top government official in the recent Pulse Asia survey.”
I almost salute him.
BUT That WAS then, and after all the unexplained wealth/anomalies that were thrown to their family, I guess that’s when I started to doubt his credibility.
VP’s Counter Sona/TSONA, True Sona, or whatever you may call it was just another desperate attempt of him and his camp since everything that he did for the last few months just backfired him. Tho, their objective is just to make noise and boost his name, what happened were the opposites, from bringing the issue of questioning the citizenship of Sen. Grace Poe, one of his potential foe for 2016 Presidential election; and also that his all over-the-news headline one sentence resignation from PNOY’s cabinet, indeed he made a loud noise there.
“Binay’s camp said the Vice President has long wanted to resign, feeling ‘awkward’ and the ‘odd man out’ in the Liberal Party-dominated Cabinet.”
hmmm, but I’m not impressed, really?? long wanted? he should have resigned in the very first place, why wait that long if that was really the case?I don’t really know if that was a good thing or not. I can’t help but think that it was just another Pakulo since Sen. Poe just over take him as #1 for the presidential surveys. It seems that his remaining years in the admnistration were all about his personal political motives for his future political career.Gosh, he’s so into bashing the soon-to-graduate administration where he is also a part. And yeah he’s trying to get the sympathy and attention of the nation that’s why he’s so busy making his name my throwing issues here and there to his potential foes.
Owel, back to his TSONA,
Well, after all, what he did say in his Counter Sona, were all true naman in some ways, we couldn’t deny that fact, we Filipinos knew it all along, and from the very start of PNOY last SONA, last week.
I really want to laugh it out, really??you’re expecting PNOY to present his failures or should I say the ‘Dark Sides’ of his regime? Who would be in their right mind to give their own selves a downward grade.Of course his objective is purely to impress and to add fragance on his name. And I agree with you VP,Just like the usual SONA with a story and a lot of ‘paninisi‘ and giving appreciation for those who remained loyal.,but if PNOY was you, would you not do the same?
You’re just the same, you were all the same in some ways.
again, I don’t hate him! realtalk, his tactics were jut so irritating and really annoying, it seems that he’s so very desperate, hayyy OLD MAN…why not do try a new one, like being productive because you’re still being payed to served us, it’s not yet over, you’re still the VP.Why are you up to? Why are you so eager to claim the Presidential seat.?
And yeah, I want also to ask you, what did you do as VP? What did you give and return to those ‘pagsisikap‘ of the people when you’re part of that ‘manhid at palpak na pamamahala’. Why are you documenting all those holes and failures now? Where were you? Why now when you did have a lot of chances from the very start? Why did you just kept quiet? Why only now? You’re clearly into washing your hands and feet, actually the whole. You speak to much, you blame too much. And btw, I just wished that maybe it’s better to solve your issues first before blaming and throwing stones to others, might as well explain those undisclosed assets and liabilities and those overpriced buildings in MAKATI. And maybe just maybe people will willingly sympatized with you.And wow, you have the nerve of even using the names of those 44 soldiers who died in Mamasapano. >_<
yeah, I’ve got his point, PNOY never did acknowledge them, and I expected him to say something.
hahaha..Of course, why not? Partly, Maybe you’re just jealous since you were not included to his list. 😛
Luneta, Tacloban, Zamboanga, Mamasapano.
I noticed that you’re into sensitive topics, hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.. I get it,Most of what you said in your SONA were quite true, but really? Where were you?
Actually, this was also a question of mine, it seems that all the help the victims of typhoon YOLANDA received were all from priivate sectors and international donations. I think the help from the government was never enough.
I guess, you did have a bulll’s eye there,Those MRT issues were not new, it’s always the problem then, and still the problem now,Well, not for me, but for those in the Manila.BBL, without proper public dissimination, well, it should be
Honestly,I don’t understand a thing about this BBL, there were different versions, but never disclosed it for the benefits of the nation, you cannot just agree, of course we always wanted peace, we always do, But we do have the responsibility first to review all the ‘terms and conditions’ kumbaga. I have so many doubts. I just hope that it will really bring peace and not war again.
Disbursement Acceleration Program o DAP—well, this was the start of the downfall of the trust of the nation for PNOY. Tho, I believe that it’s not about his personal motives, i still believe that he had to make a decision just to make things work according to his plans, even if it requires breaking the rules. But still PNOY really did a mistake and he owes the nation for that. His intentions were pure but not his ways. I guess that was one of the so-called “Top Secrets” of his office.
I did quite agree with the VP here, I also believe that most of what we embracing now in our growing and booming economy were still a part GMA’s administration.
And this was the truest of all!But still, I think i like it better now than the last administration. Ang Daang Matuwid will never be perfect, there were a lot of bumps on the road, there were a lot of outside force.
So for VP Binay, You did a very great job of summarizing all the mistakes, holes and failures of PNOY’s administration. I would thank you for that. But don’t expect the nation to just divert their attention and sympatized with you.
EDI WOW!!! looking forward to that!hahahaha,,,
SEE???!! i told yah.
Politics here in our country is really very disappointing and very frustrating. Curruption will always and FOREVER be the issue. POLITICIANS are all the same with all those, these, that PROMISES.If PNOY’s SONA was not really a SONA,then Binay;s SONA is definitely not a SONA also, because that was just a proof an early campaign.
Grabeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee iba talaga ang politics, it’s more fun in the Philippines indeed.!
